Vehicles

Manage the vehicles offered for booking: capacity, baggage and fares based on distance, duration and number of passengers.

Updated July 2026

Vehicles are at the heart of your module: each vehicle has its own capacity and fare table. You must have at least one active vehicle for the module to work.

Adding a vehicle

In the Vehicles section, click New vehicle, fill in the fields below and confirm. The vehicle then appears in your module.

A vehicle’s fields

  • Name — the label shown to your customers (e.g. “Sedan”, “8-seater van”).
  • Passenger space — the maximum number of passengers that can be carried.
  • Baggage space — the maximum number of bags.
  • Number owned — how many units of this vehicle you operate. Useful for managing availability: a given date can only be booked up to the number owned.
  • Price from — the starting amount charged for any trip with this vehicle.
  • Price per km — the fare applied per kilometre travelled.
  • Price per passenger — a surcharge billed per passenger (optional).
  • Price per minute — a fare applied to the trip duration (optional).
  • Minimum fare — the floor amount: if the calculation results in a lower price, this minimum fare applies instead.

How the price is calculated

For a standard trip (outside a package), a vehicle’s fare is made up as follows:

Price = Price from
+ (Distance × Price per km)
+ (Duration × Price per minute)
+ (Passengers × Price per passenger)

The result is then compared to the minimum fare, and where applicable surcharges and rounding are applied. If a package matches the trip, it replaces this calculation.

Enabling, editing, deleting

Each vehicle can be enabled/disabled, edited or deleted from the list.

Free plan

The free plan allows 1 vehicle. To offer several vehicles (unlimited), upgrade to a paid plan. See the Pricing page.
