Packages

Set fixed fares between two areas: per vehicle, per trip direction, taking priority over distance-based pricing.

Updated July 2026

A package lets you apply a fixed price between two areas (airport, station, city centre…) instead of the per-kilometre calculation. Ideal for your recurring trips whose fare you already know: the customer sees a clear price and you stay in control of your margin.

When a trip matches a package, it replaces the standard calculation of the vehicle (price from + price per km). The package therefore takes priority over distance-based pricing.

Adding a package

In the Packages section, click New package, fill in the fields below and confirm. The package then appears in your module and applies automatically as soon as a booked trip matches its two areas.

A package’s fields

  • Name — the package label (e.g. “CDG Airport → Paris”). It helps you find it in the list.
  • Fixed price — the amount charged for this trip. It applies as is, instead of the per-kilometre calculation.
  • Price with surcharge — the price used when the package is subject to a surcharge (night, weekend, public holiday…). Enter here the increased fare to apply during those time ranges.
  • Pickup area — the trip’s starting area, which you draw on the map.
  • Deposit area — the trip’s arrival area, drawn the same way.
  • Vehicle — the vehicle this package applies to. Choose All vehicles to apply it across your whole fleet, or a specific vehicle for a dedicated fare.
  • Direction — indicate whether the price applies In each way (there and back between the two areas) or In one way only (from the pickup area to the deposit area).

How a package works

For every estimate, the module checks whether the requested trip connects a pickup area to a deposit area covered by one of your packages, for the chosen vehicle and in the right direction.

  1. If a package matches, its fixed price applies and replaces the vehicle’s per-kilometre calculation.
  2. If the trip falls within an active surcharge, the package’s price with surcharge is used instead.
  3. If no package matches, the fare is calculated normally from the vehicle’s settings.

Managing your packages

From the package list, you can:

  • Edit a package to adjust its prices, its areas or its vehicle;
  • Copy a package to quickly create a variant (for example the same trip for another vehicle);
  • Enable / disable a package without deleting it;
  • Delete a package permanently;
  • Reorder packages by drag and drop.

Special cases

  • One package per vehicle — to offer a different fare depending on the vehicle for the same trip, create a dedicated package for each vehicle (tip: use the copy feature).
  • One way vs return trip — choose In one way if the fare only applies from the pickup to the deposit area; In each way covers both directions at the same price.
  • Overlap with per-km pricing — as soon as a package matches, it takes precedence over distance-based pricing. Check your areas to avoid a package applying to trips you didn’t intend.

Free plan

The free plan allows 1 package. To create an unlimited number of packages, upgrade to a paid plan. See the Pricing page.
