Module settings
Configure how your booking module behaves: identity, currency, booking lead time, distances, allowed area, messages and payments.
Updated July 2026
The Settings define how your booking module behaves: site identity, currency, lead times, distance rules, the messages shown to your customers and the payment methods. They are organised into four tabs — General, Pricing & distances, Messages and Payments — accessible from the Settings section of your dashboard.
General tab
This tab gathers your module’s identity and your regional preferences.
Module identity
- URL of your website — your site’s address (e.g.
https://my-site.com). It is used, among other things, to send the customer back to your site after a booking. This field is required: without it, saving is refused. - Default language — the module’s display language: French, English or Spanish.
- Time zone — the zone used to interpret booking times and your days off. Choose the time zone you actually operate in.
Currency & units
- Currency — the currency applied to rides and payment, to be chosen from the list of available currencies.
- Length unit — km or mile. This unit applies to all your per-kilometre fares and your distance rules.
Booking lead time
The minimum lead time is the minimum time between the order and the pickup. Enter a value, then choose the unit: Minutes, Hours or Days. A customer cannot book a ride whose departure time is closer than this lead time.
Holiday mode
Holiday mode fully blocks the module and shows a message to your customers. Turn the switch on, then enter the holiday mode message that will be displayed while you are away. As long as it is active, no booking is possible.
Address restriction
This option limits address search to a specific country. Turn the switch on, then select the restriction country for address searches. Your customers will then only be able to enter addresses located in that country.
Days off
Unlike holiday mode, which blocks everything, days off let you make only certain dates unavailable: the other days stay bookable. Simply click the days to block in the calendar. A counter shows the number of selected days, and the Clear all button resets your selection.
Pricing & distances tab
This tab gathers the rules that filter the accepted rides and adjust the final price. Each block has a switch: the rule only applies when it is enabled.
Minimum distance
Rejects rides below a distance. Turn the switch on and enter the minimum distance (in the chosen unit). If the trip is shorter, the booking cannot go through and the “Ride too short” message is shown (see the Messages tab).
Maximum distance
Rejects rides beyond a distance. Turn the switch on and enter the maximum distance. If the trip is longer, the booking is refused and the “Ride too long” message is shown.
Allowed area
Only accepts trips located within a geographic area that you define on a map. Turn the switch on, click Select an area, draw your area, then confirm. The Selected area label confirms that the zone is saved. Any trip outside this area shows the “Outside service area” message.
Price rounding
Rounds the final price presented to the customer. Once enabled, estimated fares are rounded to the nearest unit (for example 12.40 € becomes 12 €).
Approach fees
Charges the trip from your home city when a ride starts far from it. Turn the switch on, then fill in:
- Home city — your usual starting point, to be selected from the list of suggestions.
- Price per km (or Price per mile) — the fare applied to the approach distance.
- Minimum distance before pricing — the distance below which no approach fee is charged; only the kilometres beyond it are counted.
Messages tab
Customise the messages shown to your customers in situations where a booking is refused or not possible.
- Vehicle fully booked — message shown when the chosen vehicle is already booked for the requested slot.
- Ride too short — shown when the trip is below the minimum distance.
- Ride too long — shown when the trip exceeds the maximum distance.
- Outside service area — shown when the trip leaves your allowed area.
Payments tab
Choose how your customers pay for their rides. At least one payment method must be selected.
Payment methods
- Driver payments — the customer pays the driver directly (cash, card on board…). They book online without paying at the time of booking.
- Online payments — the customer pays online by card via Stripe, at the time of booking.
Bank account
To receive online payments, connect your bank account with our partner Stripe. First enable online payment, then click Connect my account. Once linked, the screen shows the status of your Stripe account and of card payments, and the button becomes Manage my account.
Free plan
The free plan gives access to the general settings (identity, currency, lead time, holiday mode, days off, restrictions and messages) but without online payment: your customers pay the driver directly. To enable online card payment via Stripe, upgrade to a paid plan. See the Pricing page.
