Google Calendar

Automatically sync your bookings with Google Calendar: every ride shows up in your calendar, with no double entry.

Updated July 2026

Google Calendar sync automatically adds every booking to your Google Calendar. Your upcoming rides appear right where you already check your schedule, on desktop and on mobile, with no double entry.

What the sync does

Once your Google account is connected:

  • Each new booking is added to your Google Calendar, under a dedicated calendar named “ClickChauffeur”.
  • Ongoing bookings are also added when you connect, so your calendar is complete from the start.
  • You can then view your upcoming rides directly from your calendar, in addition to your ClickChauffeur account.

The “ClickChauffeur” calendar is separate from your other Google calendars: you can show or hide it at any time without affecting your personal appointments.

Connecting your Google account

  1. In your ClickChauffeur account, open the Planning section.
  2. Click the Google Calendar button at the top of the page.
  3. The Sync with Google Calendar window opens and describes what will be synced.
  4. Click Sign in with Google. A Google page opens in a new tab.
  5. Select the Google account to use, then authorize ClickChauffeur to add events to your calendar.

The connection is now active: your bookings, current and future, start appearing in your calendar.

Checking or stopping the sync

Reopen the Google Calendar window from the Planning section:

  • If your account is connected, the message “Your Google Calendar account is already connected.” is shown. Upcoming bookings are automatically synced with your calendar.
  • To stop the sync, click Sign out of Google Calendar. You can cancel this sync at any time.

After signing out, ClickChauffeur stops adding new bookings to your calendar. You can reconnect later by following the steps above.

If the connection fails

Occasionally the connection may fail with the message “Unable to sync Google Calendar”. This happens when a ClickChauffeur authorization is already associated with your Google account — for example, if a previous connection was not properly removed.

To resolve this:

  1. From the error window, click Manage my Google connections (this opens your Google account’s connections page, at myaccount.google.com/connections).
  2. Find the ClickChauffeur authorization and revoke it manually.
  3. Return to ClickChauffeur and restart the sync by clicking Sign in with Google again.

Free plan

Google Calendar sync is one of the benefits of the paid plans, alongside online payment and unlimited resources. It is not offered on the free plan. To get it, upgrade to a Monthly or Annual plan from the Pricing page.
