Getting started

Create your account, set up your first vehicle and put your booking module online in just a few minutes.

Updated July 2026

This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to putting your booking module online. Allow about 2 minutes to get a first working vehicle up and running.

1. Create your account

Go to the sign-up page and choose your plan (Free, Monthly or Annual), then enter your email address and your country.

  • On the Free plan, your account is created immediately and your login credentials are sent to you by email.
  • On a paid plan, you are redirected to secure Stripe payment, then you receive your credentials by email.

2. Sign in and complete your profile

On your first sign-in, enter your company name and set a new password. This information is used, among other things, to generate the direct link to your module and your invoices.

3. Add your first vehicle

A booking module needs at least one active vehicle to work. In the Vehicles section, click New vehicle and fill in at least:

  • its name (e.g. “Sedan”, “8-seater van”);
  • its base fare (the starting amount);
  • its price per km.

You can fine-tune all of these settings later. See the Vehicles guide for details on each field.

4. Choose your payment method

In Settings, on the Payments tab, set out how your customers pay for their rides:

  • Driver payment: the customer pays the driver directly (cash or card on board).
  • Online payment (paid plans): the customer pays by card via Stripe. Connect your Stripe bank account to enable it.

5. Add the module to your website

In the Web integration section, you have two options:

  1. Copy the HTML code and paste it onto your website, where the module should appear (compatible with WordPress, Wix and any other website).
  2. Share your direct booking link if you don’t have a website.

Your module is now online: your customers can estimate a price and book, and you receive every booking in your workspace.
