All possible configurations under the "Options" tab

Create a new Option

Add custom fields to your booking module and improve the personalisation and flexibility of your service.

Follow these steps to use this feature:

Go to the Options menu
Click on the ‘Options’ sub-menu
Click on ‘Add an Option’.
Fill in the following fields:
- Field Name: Enter the name of the customised field (e.g. Baby Seat, Extra Baggage).
- Maximum Value: Define the maximum number of this option that can be added (e.g. no more than 2 baby seats).
- Vehicle: Choose whether this option is linked to all vehicles or to specific vehicles.
- Icon: Select an icon from the predefined standard models. Customised icons (e.g. ski, champagne bottle) can also be added on request.
- Price / Quantity: Set the price per unit for this option.

Finally, click on the ‘Add’ button.

Modifying and organising Options

Use drag & drop to rearrange the order of the options.
Activate or deactivate options as required.

💡Tip: You can copy an option to apply it to several different vehicles, similar to the functionality on the packages page.

Display options in the booking module

The options will appear directly below the other fields in the booking module.

Make sure that the height of the module is adjusted to fit the new configuration.

The options selected by the customer will be reflected on the booking page, in confirmation emails and in the booking details on ClickChauffeur.
