On clickchauffeur.com, we act as a data controller (lead generation, support, billing, analytics, marketing).
For the booking widget used by our customers (Taxis and Private Driver), we act as a data processor on their behalf; they remain responsible for their passengers’ data. We process this data only to provide and maintain the service, as per the contract.
